Consent

Always ask before touching or hugging—yes, even with familiar faces. Always ask before escalating any interaction. When in doubt, ask clearly. Verbal communication is the best way to ensure mutual understanding. While reading body language is important, it can be tricky or misleading, so don’t rely on it alone. If you don’t get an enthusiastic, verbal YES, do not proceed.

If at any point you feel uncomfortable or unsure, please reach out to a host or staff member immediately. We’re here to support you and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for everyone.

Weather

These events happen rain or shine—some of the most unforgettable moments have happened in the rain. Don’t let a little weather keep you from the fun!

Smoking/Vaping/Photos

No smoking or vaping on the deck or in the pools. Grass only, please. Phones/cameras make members nervous.  Grab a sticker to cover your camera from check in if you plan to discretely look at your phone during the party.  If you are taking pictures, ensure there is no one in the background of any photos and you are behind the designated part of the lawn (the creek should be in the background).

BBQ Potluck

Members have planned a BBQ for this party.  There will be smoked meats, and all the fixings.  Optional, but please feel free to bring a favorite dish to share.  Check out the party group for more details.

BYOE

Bring your own everything!
Towel (must bring your own)
Sunscreen
Drinks, snacks, alcohol—BYO everything
Optional: chairs, blankets, coolers, speakers
Fridges available (inside + poolside)
Water cooler on-site
Sometimes there's potluck-style food—community-driven, not guaranteed
No cooking on site
Only take photos in designated photo area, bring your own towels, sunscreen, and anything else you need. There are mixers at the club.

Discretion

Loose lips sink ships. Do not tell anyone about this event or location. That's true of all YCP events, and it's the majority of the NDA you signed. This is for everyone's safety and discretion.

Timing

Start Time: 10:00 AM
Last Entry: 1:30 PM sharp (No exceptions—please don’t call or text asking to be let in after 1:30. The answer will be “no.”)
Must Be Out By: 5:00 PM (That means gone—not just starting to pack. The property is reserved for another event immediately after, so we need everyone completely out by 5:00 PM.)

The Setup

Outside:
Covered pool + hot tub
Uncovered pool
Deck with lounge chairs (Do not "Save" deck chairs. Please do not leave your things on the chairs. There are maybe 15 chairs.)
Lawn & grassy hangouts
Sand volleyball court
Smoking gazebo

Inside:
Check-in, bathrooms, locker room
Open & private playrooms
Garage playrooms—availability varies

Party Tickets/Check In

Please plan to provide your username, name and the email address you registered with when you arrive. Check-in staff will ensure you are ticketed. Check in is in the living room.  Go through the front door.

Water

Bring your own reusable cup to get your water from the dispenser.  We do not provide bottles of water to keep trash to a minimum. 

Alcohol

The party is BYOB.  We provide soda mixers.  Do not bring enough alcohol that you could become drunk. Again, bring your own cup!

Measure how much alcohol you'd like to consume and only bring that much. It's easy to try to drink away the nerves, but no one wants to get sick and embarrassed at the party. The host couple does this, and we've been attending lifestyle parties for ten years. It also prevents hangovers! 🙂

Drugs

No illegal drugs at all, ever. This is not that kind of a party, trust me.

The Vibe

Music's always going
Sexy games? Often. Don’t be shy—jump in!  
Volleyball usually happens
Clothes optional—wear as much or as little as you like
Indoor and outdoor play spaces—always with consent
Lounge on the deck or grass—both have their perks

Parking & Carpool Bonus

If there are parking attendants at this event, please park where they say.  The gist - park extremely close to the car next to you.  There are almost TWICE as many couples ticketed to each event as your average YCP Friday  night event. Park next to another vehicle and park uncomfortable close. It shouldn't be easy to open your car door. If you do not do this, try again.

Carpool or rideshare if you can! It's encouraged, and some events have carpool prizes. Carpool with a friend, save some space, maybe win something fun.

Dress Code

There is no dress code at day parties. It's clothing optional.

Food

This party will have a potluck BBQ.  Please clean up all trash.

Tour

If you're new, you'll be given a tour when you arrive.

Lockers

There are lockers, but you'll need to bring your lock.

Please leave anything unnecessary in your locked vehicle. Theft is not a problem at YCP, but people forgetting things at the venue is a significant problem. We rent the property two days per month. We cannot go back and retrieve your items, and you cannot either. If you leave something there, you'll have to come to the next event and see if it's in the lost and found. Therefore, only bring what you need or don't mind losing.

Taking Care of the Property

Your hosts are financially responsible for damage to the property and for cleaning the club the next day. Throw your trash away, do not purposely destroy anything, etc. :-).
