Hotel Party Information

Text when you have concerns: The stakes are high. If you see someone vaping inside, notice a consent issue or have ANY concerns, please text 630-949-4390, save this number to your phone. That number will be monitored all evening by an on-site host. For example, "I smell weed in room 308." No one likes to tattle but we also don't need the fire department roaming the hallways while everyone stands outside for 30 minutes. Add that number to your contacts, please!

Where to Enter: Do not enter the front door. Enter the side door marked with the circle (see above).

Check-in: 

Have a Room for both nights? You can check-in Friday between 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM and Saturday from 12:30 PM -3:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM -10:30 PM. Check out at 10:30 AM Sunday. 

 Friday Party Ticket Only (Playboy)? You can check-in Friday between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM. Do not attempt to arrive after 10:30 PM.

 Saturday Party Ticket Only (Dirty Disney)? You can check-in Saturday between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM. Do not attempt to arrive after 10:30 PM.

Both Friday and Saturday Party Tickets - No room? You can check-in Friday between 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM and Saturday from 12:30 PM -3:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM-10:30 PM. You must exit the event by 2:00AM each night. 

Discretion: The inside of the hotel is the inside of the party. Do not let strangers in, and no food deliveries.

We once had a pizza delivery guy walk into the YCP clubhouse because no one answered the door right away. So please do not order food, even if you plan on meeting them in the parking lot.

Please also be careful with discussions at local restaurants, etc. We do not want anyone in town to know a major swinger party is happening. For those unfamiliar with the history of YCP, we once had a TV news station do a "live remote" from our hotel parking lot. Do not underestimate how genuinely awful some people are. No one should know about this event.

Security: There will be a YCP member monitoring the parking lot volume and ensuring peaceful arrivals and departures. Exit the event quietly.

Bring Your Own Everything: The party is BYOE. You can answer almost all of your questions by remembering that. YCP will not have ice, cups, mixers, alcohol, or food. Please bring your permanent cup.  No glass or cans. Bring cash to tip the general manager (Brittani) and a separate cash tip for housekeeping.  We recommend about $20 for Brittani and $10-20 for cleaning staff.

Alcohol: You can drink alcohol wherever you like. If you do not have a room, there will be a place to store your belongings while you attend the party.  Leave valuables in your vehicle, as no one will be monitoring the hotel storage room. If you do not have a room, alcohol/drinks can be stored in the breakfast area.  Make your drinks here. 

Timing: You will NOT be allowed into the hotel after 10:30 pm. Do not ask for an exemption (even if you have a room reservation).

Saturday Dirty Disney

• Saturday 8:00 AM - If you have a room - Breakfast served
• Saturday 12:30 PM-3:30 PM - check in if ticketed to both nights
• Saturday 3:00 PM - Pool Social - The pool party is ONLY available to those who have tickets to BOTH parties.
• Saturday 5:00 PM - Hotel Mischief Live (Formerly Talk Sex Live) - ONLY available to those who have tickets to BOTH parties.
• Saturday 8:00 PM-9:30 PM - Room Crawl
• Saturday 9:30 PM- 11:00PM - Dance Party
• Saturday 2:00 AM - if you do not not have a room, please exit the hotel.

Smoking/Vaping: Do not smoke or vape inside. The hotel manager cannot turn off the smoke alarms. The fire department has to arrive and inspect the building while everyone evacuates physically. That means standing outside (clothed or not) for probably 20 minutes. Someone will vape inside, as this happens at every YCP event at the clubhouse. We cannot be everywhere, so PLEASE remind your fellow party attendees not to do this. Text 630-949-4390 and let hosts know.

Likewise, you cannot have a fog machine, incense, or cook popcorn in your room.

Remove door decor: Remove your door decor on Saturday night before going to sleep. Otherwise a staff person will remove it . Housekeeping arrives early on Sunday, and it needs to look like any other hotel night and not a giant party. 

Tips and Trash: There will garbage cans in each hallway.  Please text 630-949-4390 if you notice they are full.  Trash should not be left.  Each hotel room door will have a large trash bag, and a tip envelope when you arrive. Bag up all your trash to make it easier for the housekeepers. Leave housekeeping tips in room.  Please also tip Brittani, the hotel manager.  She who will be the only staff person on the property all weekend.  We suggest $20.  There will be tip boxes at check in and front desk. That will ensure we get invited back.

New Members: Expect a 20-minute orientation, including watching an instructional video on consent.

Dress Code/Nudity: There are hotel security cameras, just like at any hotel. The manager says the recordings go to a DVR in the office, and the data records over itself every few days. Please do not have sex or be completely nude in common areas, except the pool and playrooms. There are no cameras in the pool area or play spaces.  Regarding dress code, there is a full description of the dress code in the FAQ of the website.  https://youngcouplesparty.com/home/faq/ Dress code only applies to nighttime events.  Women always dress well.  Men, DO NOT wear a t-shirt, tennis shoes, or a baseball cap unless it’s a part of the theme. Men not in theme, need to be wearing a shirt with a collar and hard bottomed (dress) shoes.

Phones/Cameras:  We will be discouraging phones in the hallways, and common areas.  Absolutely no pictures to be taken in any common areas unless designated otherwise.  Photographs may be taken in people's rooms with their permission.  

Playrooms: There are hotel rooms available as open play spaces. They are well marked. 

Wandering Around: Any open room is open so that you can come in. Walk right in and introduce yourselves.

Checkout: 10:30 AM Sunday will be checkout time.  Use provided trash bag, gather up your trash and leave a tip for the cleaners in your room.  Tip Brittani at the front desk (there will be a box).  Drive home safely and thank you for coming.

Hotel Staff: YCP works with the hotel to have as minimal staff as possible at the events, to give our members more privacy.  We do not know of any other groups that push for this.  In the event that the General Manager (Brittani) gets sick and we need to change who represents the hotel, we will let members know as soon as we can.  The Assistant GM will be coming in at 6AM on Sunday.  We are told no other staff will arrive until 11AM.  Brittani, the GM,  will be the only one with a master key to all the rooms.  Message our text line and we will have her help you get back in.  After 2AM we cannot guarantee Brittani will be available to let you back into your rooms. She will be asleep.

Other Considerations: YCP is a fantastic community that watch out for each other and help each other so much.  Please be courteous about loud music when it gets late, and try to limit your room decorations from congesting the hallways.  We will be adding extra trash cans, please inform us if these are full and need emptying.  Be respectful of other's belongings in the store rooms.
